5 Must Have Apps

I currently own a Nexus 5 phone,  these are a few apps that make my mobile browsing easy and better.  These apps can be bought for free from the Google Play Store. 1. Camscanner Phone PDF Creator How does it work: All you need to do is take a picture of the document that you want to scan. The picture is then processed by the app giving clarity to it and can be later shared as a PDF or a JPG. Positives : the clarity of the documents are as good as when taken by a scanner and it is easy to use. 2.   Link Bubble Browser How does it work : when you are scrolling through Facebook,Twitter and you click on a link to open it you exit the page your using and are diverted to the page of the link you clicked. If you install the link bubble browser the link you want to open will start loading in a small bubble browser on one side and till the time it's loading you can continue scrolling and check other things out. Positives : Saves a lot of time. Negati

Zayn Malik's decision is very brave

As of now the whole world is aware that Zayn Malik has quit One Direction and emotions are running high among directioners with a lot of people crying about it. In a way I can relate to it not all of it but I can relate to how hard it's going to be even to imagine One Direction's video without that mysteriously handsome face. With each member of the band having made a place for them self it will be hard all of a sudden to imagine any thing different.  What I can't relate to is definitely the #Cut4Zayn part.  I don't understand why anyone came up with it, if anyone should cut anything for Zayn and I am sure Zayn will agree to it is a pizza. That is the best thing you can do. What  most of directioners needs to  realize is that this decision is not something that he came up with over night and a lot of thought must have gone into it. It is definitely not an easy decision giving up so  much for wanting a normal teenage life obviously Zayn's life will never be

Kevin Skies talks about songwriting, giving his best, inspiring people and more

Kevin Skies is a Montreal based musician. The best part about Kevin's music is so personal and something that everyone can relate to. I was lucky to get a chance to interview him and go on his musical journey.  How did the whole process of being Kevin Skies the singer/songwriter/pop artist start?   Well it’s kind of a funny story originally I was in a punk band called Turning Skies. After a while some of the members had lost interest in music and I only knew how to play, not really much I could do alone so I had pretty much isolated myself in my room learning guitar and how to sing. After months and months of failure I was making progress even now I still am. It took me hundred takes for recording  "Trapped Inside Us"  and it takes me one take now to get a even better take. During the process of music making which part of it is the hardest and which part of it comes very naturally to you?   Well sometimes it varies because I have a tendency to write songs that

You Are Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile

Happiness is something that is very subjective. Different people find happiness in different things. Some people find happiness in little things be it the smell of wet soil or looking at the waiter getting food at the table. Happiness comes in all shapes and sizes it's just the matter of finding happiness in little things.   I once read this quote "There's nothing more contagious than the laughter of young children; it doesn't even have to matter what they're laughing about" something that I believe in. Be it how bad of a day I am having, looking at a kid smiling makes it so much better. For me happiness is being around kids. Like so many other people in the world even spending time with kids makes me happy. It's the little things that they do which make everything better. Every day that I spend time with kids I realize I have so much to learn from them and the best part about them is they are always ready to teach you something new. They are like

Jon Cresswell talks about his first gig, inspiring people, lightning the world with music and more

Jon Cresswell is a LA based singer, songwriter. The reason that I connect to Jon's music so much is his ability to inspire. His music has the ability to take his listeners to a better place which not a lot of people can do.  During the interaction that I have had with him I know for sure that music is more than a career option it's something that he feels very passionate about.   How did the journey to being the singer/songwriter that you are today start? I fell in love with being able to express myself through songs when I was about 13 years old. There is something special about music and writing a song, It almost gives you permission to say all the things you can't say in a conversation. I fell in love with the idea of fully expressing myself and my ideas through music and I've been writing ever since. Where and when did your first gig happen?  How was the overall experience? My first gig ever was at a local small Church playing at a talent show when I was about 1

Journey To New Land

"20 seconds of courage is all we need " This must be the most real quote I have ever read. If you think about it this actually makes sense, remember the time you were too scared to sit on the roller coaster or too scared to approach the person you like and when you finally got that 20 seconds of courage to hop on that roller coaster it must have turned out to be most exciting ride you ever sat on or approached the one you love and realised it wasn't that hard after all, they are only human.  These little changes, decisions of courage it is what matters at the end. The changes that we make today lead us to a better life. For someone who hasn't travelled by air until last month it's then I realized what I was missing on for so long. Last year I decided I will travel internationally even if it's going to be alone. As filmy as it might sound I got up one morning and booked my ticket to Abu Dhabi, it was an experience in it self. Before getting to the airport

Thank God For Optimistic People

There are very less people who can fill you with optimism in ways that they themselves don't realize. For me it was when I met Vijay Singh from Rajputana Custom at India Bike Week which was the turning point of my life. India Bike Week is a place full of people passionate for the same things BIKES and their Love for Speed. Vijay Singh is the man who has redefined the word passion for me. The few interactions that I have had with him the one thing that I surely have learned that he eats, breathes, lives bikes. For all the passionate bikers he is like a Wikipedia full of knowledge and always ready to share it. When you hear Vijay talk about bikes he is such a delight, he actually has the same look on his face like I have when I am talking about  food :P complete passion and dedication. Vijay is someone who is famous in the biker world but when you meet him he is so humble and down to earth, I still remember him telling me “there is no better place to be than being down to earth&q

Ethan from Hang10 talks about the Eureka moments, being brutally honest and more

"Family is like music, some high notes,  some low notes, but always a beautiful song", this line definitely defines the Sydney based band Hang10, the four sibling band of Eleanor,  Isabelle, Ethan and Alex. When this family comes together you can expect some beautiful music. What attracted me to the band is their passion, how they use music to convey some amazing messages. I got to go on their musical journey through Ethan's eyes. This interview was a learning experience for me "Everyone is unique and precious" - Ethan. Now that is something not everyone realizes. Ethan  When was that one moment that you realized that music is your passion and you should do more in it?  I guess through trial and error you work out what you are good at in life and what you are not good at. Guitar was something that I kind of got the knack for quite quickly. I had piano lessons when I was about 7 year old but it wasn't very good. It all changed when I picked up a guit
