It will only make you stronger, so stop. Kids = Reason to smile

Every morning I get up and I hate the fact that have to go to office but I still go anyways because I know that once I am back home all the stress of my office will disappear. I don't know how my nephew does it, every time I come back from office he is there waiting at the door. He is so excited seeing me. He can't wait for me to go freshen up.He has so much to tell me be it about his school, his friends. He is looking for my reaction he wants to tell me about all the cool thing he has learnt at school today so that I can be proud of him.Even after a long exhausting day he has the energy this energy excitements means the word to me. He gives me a reason to smile and I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world. He is like a bundle of joy. He is like my partner in crime in all the pranks. He at times is my get away card, his innocent eyes has sure helped us out of huge troubles.  Just the other day he was trying to teach my mom all about football. My mom has never

Always your number one fan

My nephew for a week been asking his parents to get him all these merchandise of his favorite football club, at first when he wanted a jersey his parents agreed but now the craze has moved from the jersey to a towel, a bed-sheet, a night suite you name it and he wants it. Seeing his endless demand list his parents have refused to get him anything now. Which is kind of making him mad. Last weekend when I went over I realized what was happening, I asked him what he wanted to do with all these thing it is then he told me, "All my friends at school have it and I want to show them that I am this teams number one fan"  I asked him then 'So all those kids who can't afford all those fancy merchandise are they not allowed to have a favorite team? cause if we go by your logic they won't be able to ever be number one fan" It is then I tried to explain him that there are various ways to prove that your someones number one fan. My nephew has now decided that he wil

Someday, may be on a Sunday

She was standing in the corner of the room, alone as always listing to this very handsome looking gentleman playing his Trumpet. She could hear people talking around her and breaking her concentration. All she wanted was for everyone to disappear so she could be all ears, but didn't happen. Soon the trumpeter stopped playing making her sad, she hadn't heard someone play so well and she didn't want him to stop.  She decided to step outside, it was a perfect night with the stars twinkling and the cold breeze blowing. She sat on the grass and grazed at the stars.  "Do you have a lighter?" asked a man with a husky voice from the dark  she got up to acknowledge the voice noticing it was none other than the trumpeter.  "Sorry, I don't smoke" she said in a trembling tone.  He walked out and sat next to her. They both sat there looking at the stars, neither of them spoke a word. He then broke the silence  "I don't smoke, I didn't

Gibson Through The Lens - Mumbai

Have you ever walked down memory lane in the midst of extremely talented people, I have at least that is what it felt when I entered to see the Gibson Through The Lens exhibition.I haven't seen something so mesmerizing. This was one place I didn't mind spending hours at.When they say they are showcasing the works of the worlds most respected photographers obviously your expecting to see their best work, it is when you see these photographs it is then you realize these are not just some amazing pictures but they are stories. Each photograph has something amazing to say. From Jimmy Hendrix, Elvis Presley, Jon Bon Jovi,Billy Joe, Bob Marley and many more they featured about 60 prints of legendary musician who left me awestruck.   The Other People  I am a 90's kid I have heard these artist and I appreciate their work but for some people it was way more thn that it is when I was interacting with Loy Henriques the Bass Guitarist of the band The Other People I realized it.

Appreciating things is not that easy

I am someone who loves appreciating things and people so if  I come across someone who are really talented I will go out of my way to tell them that, now as easy as this sounds its not. For instance if a girl appreciates a male artist the first thought that comes to peoples mind is "she just likes his work cause he is hot, what does she know about art?" or " she is just flirting with him ". It is kind of a challenge to appreciate anything cause you know your being judged. Like I cannot appreciate a particular artist cause he is not too famous. Just cause the artist I like doesn't have millions of twitter followers doesn't make him less talented but no not everyone gets that.  This one instance I remember about my cousin being this huge fan of a local sketch artist and we must have been to like a few exhibitions, my sister loved his work and she must told him "N" number of times that. My cousin must have told everyone about him even asked th
