5 reasons why Dale Steyn will always be my hero

We all have players that inspire us and have an impact on our lives, for me that is Dale Steyn, being a bowler is hard being a fast bowler is even more difficult. When it comes to Dale what I love about him most is the passion with which he plays for his country, his teammates. Here are my five reasons why he will always be my hero (five feels way less)

1. He is a wicket taking machine: He has taken 396 test wickets, 162 ODI wickets, 613 International wickets, job well- done.

2. He is animal lover: He has always stood up to support animal rights,  he has been spreading awareness against Rhino slaughter for as long as I remember.

3. He treats his teammates like family: If you ever heard him talking about his teammates you would know what I mean. Here is one of the videos that is a must watch.

4. He is an "Angry Bird" (don't judge me, read the whole thing) : Remember his expressions after taking a wicket, ya people call it the angry bird look but for me, I think that is passion. The relief of being able to give the team that much needed break. Even with those super cute angry bird expression he has always shown great respect for his opposition players as well.

5. He is super stylish: The "n" number of hairstyles that he can pull of is amazing, he is package of skills and style.

Airport Romance- Chapter Five

It has been a whole day since I am back home and I haven’t managed to do anything productive, forget productive I haven’t left my bed yet.  “Hey boss, how was your vacation?” saying this Karl has entered my room. Karl I think is one person who I love and hate the most at the same time. Karl is a childhood friend turned manager who hates when I take vacation, but here he is pretended to show interest in my travel stories. “For one don’t call me boss, I officially hate that word and two get out of here I am in no mood to do any work today or for a few days to come.” “Boss? what is wrong with boss now? I need 20th to be free ...

Airport Romance - Chapter four

Chapter Three:  https://rubinac.blogspot.com/2018/03/airport-romance-chapter-three.html They say you know a person better when you travel with them and I couldn’t agree more.So on this four hour not so smooth flight from Barra to London Heathrow I have learnt these things about Kim, she is super polite with everyone, she loves to flash that big smile of hers  too everyone who passes by her which makes the other person smile too.  She could talk to anyone and everyone with no hesitation, but not the small talks kind. She is one of  those people who talks to you and the next minute you are discussing your life stories with them, those too noisy people that I personally couldn’t  ever stand, but as you know already this one is different, with her everything makes sense.  As we land at London Heathrow,  the feeling that I never left has started to settle in, the same hustle, people rushing to catch their flights and a few turned heads, yes still ...
