5 reasons why Moises Henriques is force to reckon with

Moises Henriques has been the talk of the town for the past few months all thanks to his exceptional form this year in IPL. He has always been one hell of a player and definitely one of my favourite all rounder. Here is my 5 reasons why I think he is someone to look out for.

1. He is a wicket taking machine: He was the captain of the Australia Under-19 team, he managed to be the leading wicket taker with 16 wickets in 5 matches and even today he has the ability to take wickets at the right time and provide economical overs.

2.  He is a hardhitter of the ball: He can hit the ball all over the park, there are times when ground feels small for him. The moment he changes gears and starts hitting the ball you know that it will be hard to put a break on that.

3. He is an animal lover : We can judge the heart of the man by his treatment of animal

4.  He loves to get his face buried in chocolate cake, makes me like him ever more

5.  He makes his presence matter in the field be it with the bowling, fielding, batting.

He was born in Portuguese, his family moved to Australia when he was one, but I still wonder if he has those Portugal dance moves.

Treat Others As You Want To Be Treated

My motto has always been when in doubt write it out, I have been thinking about this for a really long time and I think I have finally  found the words.  You got to do something for me, think about the last time you bumped into someone or someone by mistake hit your hand. I doubt you can recall this instance now think of the time when someone said something to you which made you feel really small or miserable. I am sure you could think of at least one or two. Look at it this way when someone bumped into you it must have hurt you that time may be it even left your skin red, got a few reactions out of you. On the other hand when someone said something to you, randomly used a few words which left no physical scar on you it is this instance that you clearly remember, you know why because it is the way they made you feel.  The sad fact is that we have all done this, we have become the generation th...

Someday, may be on a Sunday

She was standing in the corner of the room, alone as always listing to this very handsome looking gentleman playing his Trumpet. She could hear people talking around her and breaking her concentration. All she wanted was for everyone to disappear so she could be all ears, but didn't happen. Soon the trumpeter stopped playing making her sad, she hadn't heard someone play so well and she didn't want him to stop.  She decided to step outside, it was a perfect night with the stars twinkling and the cold breeze blowing. She sat on the grass and grazed at the stars.  "Do you have a lighter?" asked a man with a husky voice from the dark  she got up to acknowledge the voice noticing it was none other than the trumpeter.  "Sorry, I don't smoke" she said in a trembling tone.  He walked out and sat next to her. They both sat there looking at the stars, neither of them spoke a word. He then broke the silence ...
