Dear Girls Love Yourself

How many times has this happened to you that you have liked a dress,  the dress feels like THE DRESS for you and  you have worn it with all the excitement in the world.
Later you go out with your friends and one of the girls ends up telling you "Omg I love the dress, but have you gained a few pounds or is it just the dress".
We all know what happens next that dress is never going to see the sunlight ever again it will be thrown away in the wardrobe forever.

I don't get the fact that why do we do that, why is everyone so obsessed about being thin or being a particular size rather than obsessed about being fit. Why don't we just wear what we like and not think if this dress makes me look fat. Why is there so much backlash against  people that are not "the size" why can't people be what they wanna be.

I agree that being obese, eating junk all day is not healthy and normal but that is that. Everyone is allowed to wear what they want, eat what they like, they don't all have to run behind this so called image of beautiful that everyone has created. Not everyone is size 0 and not everyone has to. People are beautiful and amazing for a lot more reasons than that of the size of dress they wear.

I am all in for eating healthy and treating your body right but that doesn't mean anyone has to starve themselves to death or not eat what they want to. Go ahead eat a burger once in two weeks that is okay, eating a burger daily that is where the problem is.

Why does everyone wanna be something that they are not, embrace yourself learn as many good habits that you can from others but never forget who you are.

"There is a thin line between being thin and being fit" Aim towards being fit, work hard to be at a place where you're happy with the way you look and not look in a particular manner or dress up in a way cause people think that it is beautiful.

It is you who are going to live in that body and you aren't obligated to anyone other than yourself, hit the gym work towards what you want. It is then when this journey of being YOU will be a happy one

Treat Others As You Want To Be Treated

My motto has always been when in doubt write it out, I have been thinking about this for a really long time and I think I have finally  found the words.  You got to do something for me, think about the last time you bumped into someone or someone by mistake hit your hand. I doubt you can recall this instance now think of the time when someone said something to you which made you feel really small or miserable. I am sure you could think of at least one or two. Look at it this way when someone bumped into you it must have hurt you that time may be it even left your skin red, got a few reactions out of you. On the other hand when someone said something to you, randomly used a few words which left no physical scar on you it is this instance that you clearly remember, you know why because it is the way they made you feel.  The sad fact is that we have all done this, we have become the generation th...

Someday, may be on a Sunday

She was standing in the corner of the room, alone as always listing to this very handsome looking gentleman playing his Trumpet. She could hear people talking around her and breaking her concentration. All she wanted was for everyone to disappear so she could be all ears, but didn't happen. Soon the trumpeter stopped playing making her sad, she hadn't heard someone play so well and she didn't want him to stop.  She decided to step outside, it was a perfect night with the stars twinkling and the cold breeze blowing. She sat on the grass and grazed at the stars.  "Do you have a lighter?" asked a man with a husky voice from the dark  she got up to acknowledge the voice noticing it was none other than the trumpeter.  "Sorry, I don't smoke" she said in a trembling tone.  He walked out and sat next to her. They both sat there looking at the stars, neither of them spoke a word. He then broke the silence ...
